Interview
So far it's been amazing. My recruiter, Heather started things off with a very upbeat, positive intro email asking me for an interview. It's a great way to build confidence in the candidate and shows that not only did she pay attention to my resume, but also my cover letter. I have my final round of interviews in a few days and when I received the meeting invite, I also received an agenda with the content we would be covering. What a great way to allow a candidate to prepare for their interview. Heather is also taking time to talk with me a day before my interview to answer any questions, etc. I may have. I'm doing a lot of interviewing and even have an offer on the table but due to Heather and the position being perfect for me, they are my first choice. This is also with the understanding that I may have to relocate in about a year. Something that I would be very happy to do to work for this company.

Interview
I had the phone interview, it seemed to me that everything had gone well, especially when the interviewer asked me about my availability for the interview with the panel. However, she never contacted me again. The least I expected was to receive an email where the company informed me about its decision not to continue with the process with me. It seemed to me, a lack of respect and does not coincide with the job description and the company values .
