The phone interview and in person interviews were personable and likely the least stressful interviews I've ever been on. The thing that really sets them apart for me was the third interview. I had what I describe as a "paid ride along". They wanted to see not only how I would handle the job, but how I got along with coworkers and clients. I got paid for the time. I love the idea and wish more companies would do it.
