I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Kansas City, KS) in Aug 2018
Interview
I had a phone interview first that was pretty standard. Then I had an in-person interview the next week. I feel like the interviewer cared more about what was on paper than me as a person. There was little to no information given to me about the company (values, mission, etc) which was odd. She was also unable to tell me what my salary would be, couldn't even give an estimate. Was not able to answer many of my questions.

What is something that I am good at and something I am still working on?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Winston-Salem, NC)
Interview
Friendly. Asked questions about previous work experience, explained duties and responsibilities of the assistant manager. I felt comfortable during the whole experience. Overall was a great interview, was a little short but sometimes that happens. Love the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Charleston, SC) in Oct 2023
Interview
Had 3 interviews including one with coporate, it seemed excessive for a part time job. All three interviews were pretty laid back with the one from corporate being the easiest and most laid back. Pay was decent at the time.

Question 1
How do you handle a tough guest?
What do I like to do in my free time?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Chicago, IL) in May 2020
Interview
Stay away from the recruiter she’s a liar , and really good at wasting your time ! She’ll tell you the that a position has been filled , and you will see job posted a few days later. Listen to the bad reviews they are true they try to say they do good because they give back to the community but are filled with dishonest people
