Efficient and mostly friendly. The CMO appeared to have no interest in the interview. I took a position with another health system. My complaint is that I incurred over 1000 dollars in interview fees, flying in and staying 3 nights. I requested reimbursement twice after submitting receipts and they simply never paid me. If they can't even honor the expenses of recruiting I don't think that speaks highly of their integrity.
