Standard interview questions. Interviewed by Jr DM, Senior and then Service Manager. After the interview, you take a challey test, standard personality test, followed by a drug test and then finally a background w/ a DOT physical. Upon passing all, you will be offered the position and will start, immediately.
Good interview process good benefits also great company it is a good company to work for and grow also the pay is very good even when you first start they have great ways to move up

Interview
They did the fairly standard short phone interview, followed by a normal face to face interview. That was successful so I was called for a 2nd face to face. That went well and they said I was hired as long as I passed this mandatory personality test online. I also did well enough for them so I was hired.
