Applied via AlphaSights' website. Received an email within a few days asking to complete a virtual interview. The virtual interview was to be completed at my convenience within a few days. The virtual interview set up where you have 15 seconds to read and think about a question. This was immediately followed by your 30 second chance to record yourself answering the question. The whole process is a bit odd because you watch yourself answering the question. A few days later I received an email to set up a one on one video interview. The interview was behavioral based questions and questions about what AlphaSights does and who their competitors are. I heard that I did not make it to the next round about 3 to 4 weeks later, but I was told that the next round was in person interviews at the AlphaSights office.
