It was straightforward and they were professional and respectful. They want to see that you're super driven and willing to always go the extra mile for the job. They will probably also ask you questions about the company and the position to see if you've done your research, so come prepared.

What did you do this particular summer where there is a gap in your resume?
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
