I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Nov 2016
Interview
Initially you send your resume to the company. If they like your resume they email you back and set up a video interview in which you answer automated questions. Interview is pretty short (like 5 questions) and if they like that interview they set up an official face to face interview.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
