I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in May 2016
Interview
Everything was fairly a quick process. I was recommended by a recruiter and was guaranteed a telephone interview which took about 10 minutes- she was talking more about what the company itself and wanted to see if I had good knowledge on what they did as a business. On the spot I was invited to an office interview which lasted for an hour, talking about my skill sets, experiences, why I would fit in with their company, etc. The difficult part was the case studies.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
