Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews. First is a video assessment via Skype. Second is a 30 minute Google Hangout. Third is an on-site interview that lasts about two hours. All of the interviewers were fairly nice and were mainly looking for key personality traits about yourself. There seemed to be an importance placed on thought process, drive, and true understanding of what AlphaSights does and the process that they use to do it.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
