Alpha Public Schools interview questions

The interview process with Alpha was somewhat disorganized. Communication was inconsistent, and timelines shifted without notice. At times, it was unclear who was conducting the interviews or what the next steps would be, which made it difficult to feel confident about the process.

There was a 3 step interview process to determine my eligibility for their network. The first interview was a general interview, second was with the director, and last was in person with whole team.
