The interviews were fair and the panel was made of up some junior employees. Some employees have only worked at Alnylam for their entire career and don’t appear to be open-minded. Internal mobility appears frequent. Ghosting by recruiters.
Standard interview process with multiple different levels and groups interviewing. Although lengthy there was clear communication of next steps in the process. Each person concentrated on asking different situational questions and areas.
Just had a call with HR. The HR person showed up late, did introduce themselves, was unfamiliar with the companies on my resume, said I didn't have experience, never made eye contact, wrapped up the call after 1 question that asked about working a place where the hygiene was bad. Obviously I was not advanced
