As a first step, I spoke with HR representative, who was refreshingly very familiar with the role and requirements. Next was a call with hiring manager, covering my experience and the current status of the function, as well as expectations. Third step was a conversation with a peer whom this role would closely collaborate with. Last step was meeting the CEO, discussing the function potential and doing a live case study, along with culture check. After it, I received an offer and we finalized the contract within a week. Overall, process was fast and efficient, communication pleasant and the team is very welcoming.
