I applied online and it was a very short interview process with no screening. When I arrived I waited awhile before anyone came to meet me. The CEO came in to discuss my resume, but seemed very disorganized. They gave excuses that the person that was supposed to be interviewing was not available and they seemed very unprepared to conduct an interview.
