First I got a call asking me to come in for an initial interview - about 20 minutes. It was pretty much your basic interview, they asked me about my work experience and why I would be a good candidate. The interviewer talked really fast though, so I had to keep asking her to repeat things. That went well, then they called me for a 1 hour on-site interview to take place inside one of their retail events. When I arrived, I found their booth but no one was there. I waited around for about 10 minutes (very unprofessional) and then I found them. They sat me down and asked the SAME EXACT questions as the first round! What a waste of time. Then they had me observe them selling things for about 30-40 min. Then it finished up with a few more questions and they explained the compensation which was ridiculous. Then they conduct a final 30 minute phone interview.
