Allsteel interview questions

First you have a phone screen. Then a two hour in person interview with the hiring manager, operations manager, a manager in a different area, and HR. The hiring manager and operations manager asks technical questions, the other manager asks soft o skill questions, and hr asks soft skill questions and salary expectations.

I had a very frustrating time with the interviewer. I initially applied for this role and it took them almost a month to get back to me. I had to give them a call to hear back from them. I had a 45 min phone interview with the recruiter and it went very well and it sounded like she was excited to know more about me. Once again, it took them a long time to get back to me. I had the chance to connect with the Sales Manager and an SDR employee at a school event, but after meeting me their opinion changed about me. Soon after, I got a rejection letter. The whole process took almost 2 months! Other reviews have mentioned that they are not fans of having women in power within the company, so I would not be surprised if they also don't want people of color within the company. Sounds like a very elitist company that is the epitome of white male priviledge. Very frustrating experience.
