Interview
L'entreprise n'aime pas du tout le télé-travail: les entretiens se font à 75% sur site. Prévoyez donc le temps de transport. Première rencontre avec le manager des consultants, ils recherchent des personnes qui rendent bien devant le client, qui peuvent proposer d'autres produits de la boîte et qui ont des bases de SQL. Très longue présentation du parcours avec multiples questions. Deuxième entretien avec le directeur produit qui est un ancien consultant mais passionné par la technique. Enfin entretien RH et rencontre avec un des co-fondateurs. Beaux locaux.

- a tech interview (quite smart people, more like a discussion, enjoyed that part )
- an interview with a manager (seems to be a nice guy as well, quite open and transparent during the interview process)

A recruiter contacted me and the next day I was already planned for an interview.

Question 1
The technical interview is 90 mins long where 1 or 2 senior developers will go through most of your knowledge to see the relevant knowledge you have. It can cover concepts in general and dive into more complex knowledge on a topic, then back to general concepts of a connected topics and so on.
It was good to see where the gaps in my knowledge are.
