I found the position listing on LinkedIn, applied online, and within a week received a message with a scheduling link to find a time for an initial phone call. Within a week of the call I had an in-person interview scheduled with three sets of two people. Their relation to the role was a pair of close collaborators, a pair of broader process collaborators, and a pair from the executive level team. I got a lab tour, spoke with each group for 45 minutes, reviewing my experience and any questions I had.
