General interview with a few questions directly tied to contract security management particularly experience filling posts, interacting with clients, and any additional special experiences. Additional security experience outside of guard work was desired.

The interview process was challenging but makes sense and they ask you clear questions. A lot of the times the manager and VP are in the same room interviewing you seeing how you handle certain situations.
