I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2022
Interview
Applied on AUS website. Got a call the next day from a site manager who had me in for an interview the next day. Standard interview asking about why I chose security, my experience, and "tell me about yourself" (I have no prior experience working a security position). Manager had another employee give me a tour and rundown of the essential functions. Very down to earth and friendly manager.
The next week I was sent to 3 days of classes. At the end there's a very easy test as well as a drug test. The whole process took about a week. So far everyone I've interacted with from Allied Universal has been very kind, understanding, and easy to talk to.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself
What experience do you have in security?
Why did you choose to apply to a job in security?
i did the online video interview, had relatively straight forward questions. the online recorded interview was fairly easy and then i proceeded to complete the phone interview with the manager onsite and it was fine

Question 1
Explain a time you had to deal with a difficult coworker and how you handled the situation
Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.
