I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Lakewood, CO) in Nov 2019
Interview
Application was easy, interview was very informal and simple. I was invited to interview within 24 hours of submitting the application. It seemed like they knew I was the right candidate for the job when they invited me for the interview. The hiring manager didn't seem to know a whole lot about the position and I was offered a job immediately after detailing my previous work experience. It was everything after the interview that fell apart.
I interviewed at Allied Universal (Morrisville, NC)
Interview
It was super laid back yet professional. I distincly remember the question, "Tell me 10 ways that you would use a pencil."
Overall, it was fun, laid back and professional.

First, I filled out the online application, then there were online interview questions regarding how I would handle different situations. Finally, there was a phone call interview, where I could ask questions about the job.
