I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Oklahoma City, OK) in Mar 2017
Interview
I walked in, spoke with the account manager for two minutes. Neither one of us even sat down. She told me what the job consisted of and then shook my hand and advised me the job was mine.

Interview
After submitting my application, I received an e-mail with instructions to complete a one-way video interview. A few days after this was completed, I received a phone call from the Account Manager for the location to schedule an in-person interview. During the in-person interview itself, I was asked several questions to determine any existing qualifications, prior experience, and understanding of the job I was applying for, along with schedule preferences. Once the interview was completed, I was given an offer shortly after and sent to the nearest branch office to complete onboarding and guard certification.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked if I possessed an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Pretty standard interview questions. Made sure you were a fit. They wanted to make sure you could work certain schedules and see how flexible you could be, what you were looking for in terms of compensation.

Super easy job, they hire every and anybody. Very flexible schedule, sometimes no breaks/lunches, strict on having people on site no matter what you have going on. They will fire you.
