I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Hesperia, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The open interview was held at a career center, where you'd be called in with a group of 11 other potential applicants. You'd fill out paperwork and then one of the two account managers would speak to you. The first problem was that one of the two interviewers (and the first one you spoke to) was only available for already-experienced armed guards with a top secret clearance. The other interviewer was the problem. I was offered a position, and the interviewer asked me to contact them later that day to arrange a proper interview with the site supervisor and client. Well three weeks, nearly two dozen unanswered phonecalls, emails, and texts (combined) later, I was FINALLY able to get in touch with that account manager--by calling from a different phone number. The account manager then said there were no more positions in the area I was applying for.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Ontario, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Interview was simple, asked the basic questions. I provided them with my resume, my avaliability and etc. I did a drug test, provided HR with my certifications and completed hiring paperwork with the same week. Got an offer but declined due to finding a job elsewhere.
