I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Fort Worth, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
it was a pretty easy interview. they are nice and professional. i didn't real ask to many question ones they looked at my resume. i most give them the required documents they asked for. then i did a personality quiz. i filled out some paper work that allowed them to do a background. check on me. i also was told i had to go to a clinic to get a drug test done. that was mostly my interview and they told me the work shift and type of work i would be doing.

Question 1
do you have a Texas commission security license ( level 3).
Very easy. Personal experience was that they sat me down, talked about the job, and it was pretty in and out. From there, I had a secondary sit-down with the supervisor at the office I was assigned, we finalized some things, got a permanent job site assigned near home, and that was it.

Question 1
I remember them asking about my experience at my previous job, why I left, etc
I received an email asking me to come to an interview. Afterwards, I took the interview and had to do multiple screenings and certificate checks. They are particular about making sure you have all the necessary licenses. If you do not have a specific license, you will go through additional training before starting your job.
