I applied through LinkedIn and got a message from a recruiter about a week or so later asking to schedule a call next day. It was super casual, she just asked about my interest in the film industry and my internship experience. Had another interview the next day with someone I'd be reporting to, asked me about my interest in film and my leadership, interpersonal, and past marketing skills. Told me that this role would be very hands on and lots of late nights/OT. Scheduled to come in for an in-person interview. Got to meet with about 3 people from the team which was helpful. All super casual. Told me they would reach out with an answer for me--2 weeks later and they ghosted me.
