Simple resume submissions then chosen for interview. It was not a long process and easy to complete. Basic interviewing skills and questions but make sure you know how to answer them perfectly because that's all you'll be asked.

Interview
College superday. The interview consisted of all behavioral questions during 4 interviews with different people in the organization. They had to stick to the script of the questions, whether they wanted to or not. I was also asked to pitch the value proposition of AB from a document they provided earlier, and there was one group interview.
