The job descriptions that AMG publishes do not reflect realistic aspects of the “real job.” Be prepared to endure phone interview after phone interview with little to NO feedback regarding your candidacy. Salary level is a very ambiguous aspect of the job posting. It seems that the objective of continuous interviewing is to wear you down and get you hired at the lowest possible compinsation.
