they have manpower scout for them- manpower will tell you on the phone this is what they pay if you get into the interview and ask for a penny more they will not hire you! when they get you in the office they want to know WHO you know and how that can benefit THEM they lie and promise you positions that dont even exist! They cut down all the other third party inspection companies SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Interview
The hiring process at AIM is very professional and surprisingly enjoyable. The thing that impressed me the most about the hiring process was the amount of communication I received on AIM end. Through emails and phone calls I was aware and confident of my timeline from submitting my application to receiving a job offer.
