Alliance Defending Freedom interview questions

Very thorough, with several rounds of panels both online and in person and some repetitiveness of questions from round to round, but an altogether positive experience with friendly interviewers. Discussed a broad range of topics, from personal faith journey to former work experience, handling conflict etc.

The process was awkward and too one sided. It felt as though I was being drilled for four hours and was given no breaks. It was not a relational interview.
