Round 1: call with senior consultant - screen Round 2: call with senior consultant - more case focused Round 3: call with manager - more resume focused Round 4: in-person and meet partners at their office
3 rounds, two with senior associates and then with a consultant - it was pretty straightforward and was mostly just walking through resume and completing a market sizing question that they helped walk you through
