Alley interview questions

Incompetent. The hiring manager was rude, forgetful, and ignorant. Not sure what he was looking for but it's probably why the job has been listed for months now. Check the company reviews before applying... I'm guessing leadership is a mess. Beware.

Being interviewed by jr. people with C-level titles who have only been there a few months. Not quite the scenario for judging talent. Also, I heard from a friend that they rescinded and offer after making it deciding they couldn't pay. Not a great practice.
