Allergan Aesthetics interview questions

I applied and was contacted for an initial interview for an inside sales role with AbbVie (Allergan Aesthetics division). The initial conversation was professional and the role itself was clearly explained. After the interview, communication became inconsistent. I followed up multiple times over the course of several weeks without receiving an update. Eventually, I received a brief response stating that the role had been filled. While I understand that hiring timelines can change, more timely and transparent communication would have created a much better candidate experience.
