I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allendale Association in May 2020
Interview
Mr. J. W. was very responsive, in contacting via email, phone-call, and Skype alike. He asked relevant and meaningful questions and actually listened and followed up (example questions below). It felt like he wanted to know the candidate as a whole person. He also answered quite frankly to my questions on the institution's situation and on the job descriptions and requirements. The only thing that made it hard for me to decide whether to accept the offer was the salary, which is on the low end of the distribution. However, Mr. J. W. was genuine and considerate. He stood for me to bump up the salary a little bit although not significant. In the end, given J. W.'s positivity and the efforts he put in me as a candidate, I found it hard to decline the offer. I decided to accept and give it a try, even though the money was not the best.

A week after applying online I got a phone call from the hiring manager. He invited me for an in person interview. It was very informal and it felt more like a sales pitch than anything.
