Allegro Coffee interview questions

Comfortable and engaging. Had an initial phone screen as a background check of skill sets, then met with the hiring manager and discussed the position over a cup of Allegro coffee.

I applied online, a few days later received an email for a phone interview. The phone interview went fantastic, pretty basic job specific questions. That Friday I received a call from HR they would like to meet in person for a panel interview of 8 people. Ok....So I went to the panel interview a week later on friday. They had applicants scheduled back to back to get through as many as possible. Spent about 30-40 minutes up against the firing squad! All very nice people....After all of this, I got a call early the following week letting me know I did not get the position. I asked if an internal candidate got the job and she said yes.Ultimately they hired the internal candidate in the end.
