Interview
Interview consisted of 4 rounds for me. A phone screen, face to face interview, half day round, HR interview. Face to face was with a manager and it went for 40 minutes. You will shadow 2 recruiters 3 hours each. They will assess you for qualities which are more personal.

Questions were based on my past work experience. Mostly towards determining how effective my communication is.
Structured two stage interview process, with final stage with divisional director. The interview ended with being 'sold out', which was a test of resilience to see how quickly you pushed back.

1st round video call, followed by an on-site half day with team and managers. Very streamlined process. Go through motivations, business process, and see how the job is done on half-day
It was a wonderful experience. Got to know a lot of things. But i wasn't selected. The panel was good. It wasn't so difficult. The questions were ok ok kind
