The interview process was very fun and exciting for me. As soon as you walk up to sign in you are welcomed by some of the Talent Acquisition Team and they make you feel right at home. You walk into the room and there are candidates sitting in chairs and waiting for direction. First you have an informative session/video on everything that Allegiant stands for, what they offer, and information on how the training will go and when the training dates will be. After that the rest of the Talent Acquisition Team stands up and they go down the line informing you of who they are, why they love their job, and some of the perks that there are being an FA with Allegiant. Shortly after they ask you to wait as group interviews start. In my group of candidates they split it up into three and called us each back in about 20-30ish minutes we were done. Shortly after they called back in the people who did not make the cut and asked them to gather their things. Luckly I was one of the people that they asked to stay for the one on one interview and they put us in a room asked us to fill out some forms and went on to the one on one 5 questions very simple and the Talent team was very awesome and sweet. Needless to say I absolutely loved the entire process and I can't wait to see if I got the job!!
