HR phone screen is first, with anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour talking with a great recruiter. If you're selected to move forward, you will video interview with the hiring manager. If you make it past that video interview, they will tell you they'll bring you in to see the operation and conduct interviews with other managers of closely aligned sectors within operations. I interviewed with 4 managers and one director.
