The hiring process is basically simple. All what company is looking for is somebody who has at least a couple of years of experience in the respective field and desire to work for a small company. There was a phone interview where the interviewer asked me all the things he wanted to know about me like my past experience, work authorization, salary requirements etc, face to face interview is easy and would not usually take more than half an hour. It will just basically about the why you want to do this job and explanation the work that he or she expects from you
