Interview
It was an easy process. Conveniently over the phone. Was a little awkward though due to pauses in the conversation. Was easy to follow, but connection was a little rough.

Interview
It was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. I spoke with the hiring manager at least 5 times, with about 4 separate interviews with potential team members, and a director in between. We discussed my salary expectations during the first call - and the hiring manager agreed immediately that it was definitely within reach.
After interviewing with multiple people in the company - and a phone call with the hiring manager after each interview - I received a lot of positive feedback. I received an offer that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what we discussed.
The hiring manager expressed how much they wanted me on the team - he said he would go talk to finance to see what they could do and he completely ghosted me.
This was the most unprofessional hiring process I have ever gone through.
They deceived me, wasted my time, and then just cut off communication. I never reached back out to the hiring manager because I understand what I am worth and will not be chasing an opportunity that doesn't see my worth.
Wanted to write this review because I want to help potential candidates.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allant Group (Naperville, IL) in May 2016
Interview
After the phone screening, I had 1:1 interview sessions (in person) with several people from IT as well as other areas of the company. Each session was conducted very professionally and allotted time for me to ask questions. I was informed of the next steps and the timing as to when a decision would be made. After the decision was made, and an offer extended, I worked with the hiring manager and HR department to "iron out" the details.
