Friendly atmosphere and honest interviewers. I was interviewed by department manager and HR person. Both of them were very nice and explained job specifications in great detail. I got a call back within next few days and appointment for medical examination.

Very behavioral, no technical but most likely that depends on the division
Make sure to know your resume inside and out as there are a lot of questions based on previous experience/education

The interview process consisted of a talk with the recruiter and on-site with four-five people. The questions were mainly about my previous experience and what I am looking for in my next position.

First was a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager. After was an onsite interview that lasted about one hour and consisted of two interviews. One was with HR and another was with my Hiring manager
