The first contact was a phone call with the owner's assistant. The second contact was a one-on-one with the other owner (the owners are a married couple). The last contact was a panel interview with 2 employees. After that I received a phone call.

I was asked to compare two homeowner policies, recommend one of them, and state why. I was asked what was a difficult situation I was in with a client, and how did I handle it?

Interview
I had a phone interview scheduled for Monday as a pre-screening of mainly past experience, and some behavioral questions. Heard back about a 2nd interview after hours on the following Wednesday. At that point I had figured they didn't want to proceed with me since I hadn't heard back in 2 full business days. I had the interview the next Wednesday (it was a 3 day weekend). It was a one-on-one with one of the owners. She basically asked me a lot of behavioral questions. The interview went well and I was asked to come back the next day to do a panel interview to test my knowledge with two potential co-workers. That went good as well. The next day I was offered a position.
