The hiring process at Alix was by far the best process I've ever had. Everyone in the interviewing pipeline were well prepared to answer any questions I had and they were very nice with me at all times.
I had a long process, with a total of 6 interviews and 1 online assessment.
Interview 1 was HR introductory interview.
Interview 2 was a technical interview with a Director of Product Management, where I had to resolve a business case.
Interview 3 was a technical interview with a Director of Engineering, similar to interview 2.
After these 3 interviews, I was given access to perform the online assessment that consists of a timed cognitive test with multiple choice questions and then 2 non timed cultural fit and personality tests.
Then I had an interview with an organizational psychologist which was meant to confirm cultural fit for the position.
After this, I had a panel interview with 3 Directors (UX, Product and Engineering) where I had to present a product to them and answer questions.
Finally I had an interview with a Global Managing Director and the local Managing Director in Argentina.
