Two first round interviews with associates or managers, two second round interviews with a principal and partner. All interviews include a behavioral aspect, a case, and a Q&A at the end.

The selection process lasted about a month and a half and included three interviews (with the director of area, a fellow consultant and an online assessment). I found the process to be overly long (over 2 hours for an online assessment, not including the time for preparation) and not very efficient. In my opinion, the assessment should be included earlier, otherwise it ends up being a waste of time and energy. For the assessment, the platform only provides a few free examples and then requires payment to continue. I was offered the opportunity to give feedback and I am considering doing so.

The interview process was fairly easy overall. Most of the questions were general and the conversation was primarily discussion-based rather than highly technical. For preparation, I would recommend reviewing basic technical concepts along with common behavioral interview questions. All the best with your interview preparation.
