Got a phone interview followed by a couple of online personality assessments. A week later got invited to a Superday which consisted of 4 interviews in addition to a call to the company psychologist. Mostly behavioral with a surprise "case question". They really are looking for a specific fit for their company and not budging until they find "the one".
