Phone screen with a recruiter to go over general background followed by an interview with the hiring manager to go over experience more in-depth. Last step is group interview with the wider team. However, even though the 2nd step went well and the recruiter even reached out about scheduling the final interview, they ghosted and never responded to my emails. Eventually I got a generic automated message with no explanation of what happened. Very unprofessional.
