At the beginning, just after I applied for the position, I received a direct calendar invitation for interview without any former availablity check.
The given date was not proper and wanted to change. I didn't get any reply to my e-mail and received a call on given time. I couldn't take it. Later, the recruiter answered my e-mail and asked for a suitable slot.
Once my interview with Hiring Manager was fixed, I received a prep. call from another HR.
During prep. call, I asked if German language is required for the position or not and she said no, it is not a problem.
The job posting were posted in Germany where I live but under requirements section, needed language was stated as German OR Turkish.
Finally, after many emails and a prep call, during my interview with Hiring Manager, it came out that, German at a native level is a must for the position.
Only 1 job posting was publised for 2 positions, a Turkish speaker based in Turkey and a German speaker based in Germany.
I feel really sorry for them working with HR people not able to read candidates' resumes well.
Please do not forget that, candidates' time is not worthless than yours.
