I applied through a referral. It took one week to receive the first phone interview from my direct supervisor. As I was abroad at that time, all interviews were conducted online. Within the following week, there were three more rounds of phone interview by managers from different departments and one HR. After two weeks, I got my offer email.

Disadvantage：Organization takes time and there’s no notification for results
Advantage：Meeting use all the discussion time with 2 participants whom go through all the communication with patience
Committers are professional and focus on position matching
The interview process consists of: resume evaluation -> initial interview -> second interview -> cross-interview -> final business interview -> HR interview. Resume evaluation, initial interview, final business interview, and HR interview are mandatory, while the others are optional.
