Phone screen then 2-3 virtual meetings with different account executives and BDR Manager. They move fast and give you an assignment that you have to present for the final round.

Great interview process. Algolia really take the time to get to know you, and not only what you can offer at the current moment but they look at your potential too. Even though it’s a lengthy process, it provides a means for them to assess your competences. Challenging 5 step process with 3 calls, an assessment and an on-site day with a presentation at the end.
If you listen closely and work hard they will see your efforts and drive.
