It was not too complex, and people were helpful with the process. I was able to secure the job with three rounds of interviews. Salary is average. NOt a lot of vertical growth.
First row of interview with HR, pretty standar questions. Then, direct manager interview; more tecnically focus and more indeed information about the position. Next, manager of manager interview more focus in soft skills and adaptaption to Alfa Laval culture. Final interview with HR manager, focus on finding out if I was a cultural fit for the company.
