Applied in December 2018 and got a call on January 2019 from HR for my first phone interview. After the phone interview I did not hear back for a month and was told that I made it to the next round. I then went to phone interview with the Business IT manager who was stationed in California. HR gave me the wrong time zone when expecting the call so when I did not hear from them they admitted to their mistake and rescheduled. After the interview I did not hear from them for another 3 weeks. I was told I made it to the next round which was to phone interview with VP of Business Technology. The call was scheduled for a Monday and had to be rescheduled to Tuesday because the VP was putting out a fire. After speaking with the VP I did not hear from them for another month. HR said I made it to the next round which was in person interview with Business Technology Team from Boston and the head of Boston. After the interview HR called me for references which I gave. A week later they asked if I could put down my ex Manager as a reference which I obliged. 2 weeks later I followed up and none of my references were contacted and if I had not reached out to HR im pretty sure they would not have told me that I didnt get the job. One of the worst experiences ive had interviewing wise.
